Have a close look at the pad holding in this clip. Sadly, too many Personal Trainers ignore pad holding technique. Arms held too wide with no thought about technique means the client punches like a windmill - they don't learn a thing, they get poor results and it's plain dangerous. "Sky punching" (at the end) doesn't help either. Just like doctors, physios or any other professional, if Personal Trainers are going to teach a complex skill (like boxing or martial arts) then they should learn to do it properly. Don't you agree ?
