Chix Boxing classes kick off Oct 12
Boxout has launched 2 all-girls classes right smack on Manly Beach at Nth Steyne Surf Club - kicks off Monday Oct 12 @ 6.15AM then Thur 15 Oct @ 6PM - details below.
Please reply to fitness@boxout.com.au if you want to come to either launch class - as we have a Max of 34 people - Launch week classes are just $10 ! The SHARE link is at the bottom LHS.
Start training for the London Olympics in 2012 ! - where womens boxing is now an official sport.
We may start a mixed class Boxout at the Beach class too. Let Boxout know if you are interested.
Also some Advanced Workshops + Boxout Basics Intro workshops are coming soon on Sundays - both open to men and women - the Advanced workshops will include kicks, blocks and safe sparring - max 12 people, so loads of one-on-one.
The workshops will be held at Boxout Central - ie the Nth Syd PCYC, in the boxing ring
