How you going? Quick question. I understand from Geoff you sometimes go to Arnel's classes? What are they like? Only reason why I want to ask first is because I do boxing for fitness and I do spar from time to time, I'm wary doing boxing classes in a gym I don't know much about because I have joined gyms where there's too much ego. Do they do spar or is it more focused toward fitness and conditioning? Cause if its the latter, I can handle it. Not looking to get smashed if you know what I mean.
