A funny thing happened on the way to the workout. I forgot to go.

I wanted to go.... I planned to go.....I was gonna go....

But I just didn't.

GREATEST CORNER SPEECH EVER
The one minute break between the rounds for Pro Boxers is more than just a squirt from a water bottle and an ice pack on the back of the neck. It can be as intense - and as crucial - as the round itself.

Hey everyone,
As some of you may know I'm currently taking part in an "Opera Bootcamp", which finishes with two performances on Sat 17th Jan. If any of you are interested in coming, here are the details:
Where: The Seymour Cente (near Broadway shopping centre, on City Rd)
When: 2pm OR 7pm, Saturday 17 January
Cost: $30 for adults, $20 for concessions
