If you are planning on coming to live Boxout classes you will need to join this Fighting Fit blog. It only takes 2 minutes to join, you can cancel at any time and it's free. For your first class, we don't enforce it - so you can test drive us without joining. But regulars need to join as it's got the insurance questions on it - it will save loads of time when you come to class. Not only that, it will save you money. The casual rate for non- members is higher than than the members rate ($15 for members).
